Proparco
Ichem Besseghir is a Principal Investment Officer for Infrastructure and Business Development at Proparco, a position held since October 2016. Responsibilities include developing commercial relations with French and international sponsors, screening and validating new business opportunities, and leading lender pools for various infrastructure deals. Prior roles at Proparco include Senior Investment Officer for both infrastructure projects and distressed asset management.
