Dawn joined ProPath in 2016. She has 25 years of diverse human resources and management experience that spans start-ups to established organizations. Dawn has held leadership positions in various industries including healthcare, financial services, technology, manufacturing, and logistics. She leads HR initiatives and has a track record of making positive changes in the organization’s culture and HR operations.

Dawn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M – Commerce, is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), and a Certified Benefits Professional (CBP).
