Marcos Felipe MacEdo

Marcos Felipe Macedo currently serves as the General Legal Counsel at Propav Infraestructuras, overseeing the legal department for the company's international infrastructure initiatives since April 2021. With extensive experience in legal counsel roles, previously at QGMI from November 2015 to April 2021, and as the Manager of Contract Administration at Construtora Queiroz Galvão Brasil from April 2012 to November 2015, Marcos has proven expertise in corporate, tax, contractual matters, disputes, and contract management across multiple countries in America and Africa. Earlier positions included Senior Counsel at various law firms specializing in oil, gas, and energy, where Marcos contributed to complex domestic and cross-border transactions. Educational qualifications include a degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, completed in 2011.
