Earlier positions included Senior Counsel at various law firms specializing in oil, gas, and energy, where Marcos contributed to complex domestic and cross-border transactions. Educational qualifications include a degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, completed in 2011.
