Aniket Bharadia

Aniket Bharadia has a diverse work experience in the real estate and financial sectors. Aniket is currently serving as the Chairman of the Prop-tech & Start-ups Committee at CREDAI National. Previously, they were a Founding Member at Spyre Proptech Venture Fund and Co-Founder at PropCatalyst. Prior to their roles in the real estate industry, Aniket worked at Wallfort Properties as a Co-Owner. Aniket also held positions at Wallfort Financial Services Ltd. as President and Research Analyst, where they interacted with institutional clients, evaluated companies based on fundamentals, and maintained client relationships. Aniket started their career at Nirmal Bang as a Research Associate, where they tracked the BFSI sector and conducted in-depth research for reports and financial models.

Aniket Bharadia completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree, with a specialization in Accounting and Finance, from JAI HIND COLLEGE in Mumbai. Aniket attended the college from 2007 to 2012. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, majoring in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations, from S P Jain School of Global Management. This occurred from 2015 to 2016.
