Bill Barlow

Bill Barlow is the current Director of Business Development at Propel. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Vonage from December 2017 to May 2020. Bill also worked as a Senior Sales Account Executive and Sales Development Representative at Vonage from December 2015 to December 2017 and December 2014 to November 2015 respectively. Their first job at Vonage was as a Customer Care/Retention Representative from December 2012 to December 2014.

Bill Barlow attended Coastal Carolina University, where they earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations. Bill also holds an Inspiring and Motivating Individuals Certificate from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, with a specialization in Leading People and Teams.

Bill Barlow works with Samantha Scribano - Head of Content, David Cohen - Co-Founder & CIO, and Anna Julow Roolf - SVP, Operations & People. Their manager is Zach Cutler, Co-Founder, CEO & Chairman.
