Steven Benjamin

Steven Benjamin is the current CTO at Propel. Prior to their current role, they were the Director of Software Development for IOT at Sierra Wireless from June 2017 to November 2018. In this role, they were responsible for building and extending a statistical analysis/Ad-serving platform. Steven also worked to improve development and build practices by creating tech talk series, code reviews and work on process improvement.

From January 2007 to April 2011, Steven was a Senior Developer at Opt-Intelligence where they built and extended a statistical analysis/Ad-serving platform. Steven also worked to improve development and build practices by creating tech talk series, code reviews and work on process improvement.

Prior to Opt-Intelligence, Steven held various roles including Contract Developer at ClassesUSA from January 2006 to December 2006, Developer at Boyle Software from April 2005 to September 2006, Senior Developer at C2 Creative from May 2004 to April 2005, and GroupM at Mediaedge from November 2003 to April 2004.

Steven Benjamin received a MA in Music Composition from Columbia University.

Their manager is Zach Cutler, Co-Founder, CEO & Chairman. They are on a team with Aaron Friedman - VP, Marketing, Anna Julow Roolf - SVP, Operations & People, and Bill Barlow - Director of Business Development.
