Michele Semplice

Michele Semplice is a Human Resources Generalist at Propel Schools since July 2023, with a strong background in educational roles. As a Professional Scorer for Pearson since August 2019, Michele assesses essays for high school state assessments. In addition, Michele serves as a Professional Development Specialist for The Council for Professional Recognition since May 2015, conducting verification visits and coaching candidates for the Child Development Associate credential. Michele's previous experience includes serving as Executive Director, Director, and Early Childhood Teacher at The Goddard School from May 2003 to June 2023, and as an Early Childhood Teacher at Tender Care Learning Centers and The Goddard School earlier in the career. Michele holds a Master of Education in Early Childhood Administration from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, a Director's Credential in Early Childhood Education from Clarion University, and a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Kennesaw State University.
