Alan Woloski

Alan Woloski is a Senior Business Designer at Propelland. Prior to joining Propelland, Alan worked as an Operations Manager at Credijusto.com from October 2019 to April 2021. During their time at Credijusto.com, Alan developed Google Form automations using Zapier where e-mails are being sent to different stakeholders based user responses. Alan also configured and trained more than 100 employees on Uber for Business. This platform reduced the time people spend on reporting expenses and a better experience both for people that travel and the Finance team who checks and pays invoices. In addition, Alan developed a Wordpress website modifying HTML code for an internal project. Lastly, Alan drew and mapped more than 30 processes on diagrams.net that clarified steps and responsible stakeholders for Credit, Legal, Ops and other teams.

Before working at Credijusto.com, Alan was the Chief of Staff at Yave from March 2018 to October 2019. During their time at Yave, Alan configured more than 100 automated tasks in Salesforce that aid sales reps to follow the sales process and following up with leads. Moreover, Alan used Microsoft Flow to automate other processes that required stakeholders approvals. Furthermore, Alan led a referral program that included wireframing, notification programming, mailing and SMS for users.

Alan Woloski has a Master in Business Administration from IPADE Business School, an MBA Exchange Program from University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business, a Business and Informatics Technology Engineering degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and an Exchange Program from UNSW. Alan also has certifications from IDEO U in Insights for Innovation and Storytelling for Influence.
