Vikas Singh has over 20 years of experience in the banking and financial industry, specializing in collections and debt management. Vikas held key roles such as Chief Collection Officer at Propelld, National Head Debt Management at Small Business Fincredit India Pvt Limited, and Vice President at Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. Throughout their career, Vikas has demonstrated expertise in managing collections and recovery operations, overseeing teams, and implementing effective strategies to mitigate delinquency levels.

Vikas Singh holds a BSC in Physics Hons from Magadh University, completed 12th grade in Physics from St.Gabrial Hr.sec.School Jabalpur, and obtained a Certified Green Belt in Six Sigma from Six Sigma. Vikas also completed a two-year Software Development Diploma from NIIT, New Delhi, specializing in Computers.
