Akisia Grigsby

Akisia Grigsby is currently serving as the Vice President, Experience Strategist at PROPELLER, an Omnicom Health Group network agency. She is also volunteering as an Experience Strategy Advisor at the Coalition for Healthcare Communication, focusing on enhancing digital and social media capabilities. With a strong background in customer experience and design, Akisia has held various leadership roles in companies like JUICE Pharma Worldwide, McCann Health New Jersey, Relevate Health, Atlantis Healthcare, and Pixacore. She is a co-author of the CX Book of Knowledge and has a BFA in Communication Design from Parsons School of Design. Akisia is known for her expertise in shaping customer-centric strategies, driving business-critical recommendations, and delivering results in a demanding yet collaborative environment.
