Lindsey Spencer

Lindsey Spencer has diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Lindsey started their career in 2011 as a Clinical Trial Coordinator at Wicab, Inc, where they managed research activities and study sites for an FDA clinical trial. Lindsey later became the Director of Clinical Research, leading clinical research projects and grant writing. In 2013, they joined UW Health as a Clinical Content Facilitator and subsequently held roles as a Program Manager and Supervisor of Clinical Knowledge Systems. At healthfinch, they served as the Manager of Clinical Content and later as the Director of Clinical Product Solutions. Since 2020, Lindsey has been working at Propeller Health, where they have held roles as a Senior Program Manager and Director of Clinical Implementation Services. Currently, they are the Director of Global Clinical Product Management at Propeller Health, responsible for product portfolio strategy and execution. Throughout their career, Lindsey has demonstrated their ability to drive product enhancements, develop strategic requirements, and provide guidance to executive leadership teams.

Lindsey Spencer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Lindsey subsequently pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Rehabilitation Psychology from the same university. Additionally, Lindsey has obtained several certifications, including being a Pragmatic Certified Product Manager from Pragmatic Institute in March 2023, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from ResMed in September 2022, a Certified Associate in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CAHIMS) from HIMSS in June 2015, and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) from CRCC (Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification) in October 2012.
