Megan Little

Megan Little is a seasoned professional in service design and user experience, currently serving as a Service Design Consultant at Propeller since October 2024. Prior to this role, Megan worked as a UX Strategist at AnswerLab, where management of an extensive $8 million portfolio involved understanding client needs and delivering innovative solutions. As Design Research Manager at ELEMENTS, Megan led the PeopleLab Studio initiative, emphasizing user-centered organizational problem-solving. Megan also played a pivotal role in establishing DORIS Research's first location outside Indiana, focusing on business development and research on workspace challenges. Earlier experience includes digital production roles at Ball State University, WANE-TV, and various positions in marketing and media. Megan holds a Master of Arts in Emerging Media Design & Development from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Purdue University Fort Wayne.
