Paul Beirne has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2007 with Dr. Glass Window Washing as a Work Crew Manager/Bookkeeper and Office Manager. In 2008, they worked for the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as a Financial Specialist, BearingPoint Consulting as a Business Analyst, and Pfeiffer's Hardware as a Bookkeeper/Office Manager. In 2009, they joined Deloitte as a Consultant and Senior Consultant. In 2014, they were an MTM Showroom Sales & Operations Manager for Read Wall, and a Senior Consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton. Since 2015, they have been the Head of Customer Experience and Customer Experience Manager for Proper Cloth.

Paul Beirne attended Manalapan High School before receiving a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Concentrating in Finance from American University in 2008. Paul also holds a Finalist certification from Zendesk's CX Academy Awards 2021, which they obtained in April 2021.
