Wendy Mah is an experienced culinary professional with a strong academic background and extensive teaching roles. Currently a Culinary Professor at George Brown College since May 2017, Wendy specializes in sustainable culinary practices, leadership, communication, and career preparation. In addition, Wendy serves as a Sous Chef at Nikki Ray Media Agency and has held various positions, including Culinary Instructor for television shows like Master Chef Canada and Junior Chef Showdown, along with teaching roles at Centennial College. Wendy's previous culinary experience includes positions at notable establishments such as The Bothy, Get Cooking Edmonton, and Trump International Hotel. An accomplished educator, Wendy holds a Master's degree in Sustainability and Human Ecology of Food from the University of Gastronomic Sciences and has a post-graduate degree in Italian Culinary Arts from George Brown College, further supported by an earlier educational background in Arts and Design and Immigration Consultation.
