Jason Bruner is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Hospitality and Executive Chef at Spring Valley Country Club since April 2023, Jason also contributes to the education of future chefs as a Culinary Instructor at the University of South Carolina since August 2018. Previous roles include Executive Chef at Harper's Restaurant Group and 101 Restaurant, along with various leadership positions in prestigious establishments such as Spago Maui and Atlantic Cove. A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in Culinary, Baking & Pastry and has furthered culinary education at the Sichuan Higher Institute of Cuisine.
