Glenn A Monk is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in culinary arts and hospitality management. Currently serving as a Chef and Culinary Instructor at SAIT Polytechnic since August 2014, Glenn develops and trains students toward their Red Seal certification as cooks. In parallel, Glenn holds the position of Executive Chef and F&B Director at Innvision Hospitality Resource Group, where responsibilities include envisioning, designing, developing, and starting up kitchens and food and beverage operations in boutique and multi-outlet hotels and resorts.
