Andrew Morriss

Andrew Morriss is a Professor in Bush School of Government and Public Service and School of Law at Texas A&M University, where Andrew has been since June 2014. Andrew also holds the title of Dean, Innovation School, & Vice President for Entrepreneurship & Economic Development at Universidad Francisco Marroquin since 2001. Additionally, Andrew serves as a Senior Associate at Property & Environment Research Center (PERC) and Chair of Editorial Board - Cayman Financial Review at Cayman Free Press. Andrew also has teaching experience at various universities and has a diverse educational background including a PhD in Economics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
