Michelle McNally

Michelle McNally currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Aware Real Estate since April 2022. In addition to this role, Michelle is a Board Member for Women's Property Initiatives and the Chain Reaction Challenge Foundation, and has been appointed Vice President of the Property Council of Australia NSW Divisional Council as of February 2023. Previous experience includes directorship at TEN Women until December 2023, General Manager roles at both ISPT and Australia Post, and an Associate Director position at Jones Lang LaSalle. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) with a focus on Property Valuation from the University of South Australia, obtained between 1992 and 1994.
