Grady Nance

Mr. Nance has more than 33 years of leadership experience in the fields of insurance, automotive repair, and law enforcement with a primary concentration in strategic planning, compliance, physical damage and developing customer-centric environments.

Mr. Nance is no stranger to PDA, from 2015 to March 2019 he served in various leadership positions with the company. Most recently, Mr. Nance managed and owned several body shops in the Columbus, Ohio market. Before joining PDA in 2016, he served in several leadership positions with Nationwide Insurance, where he managed material damage teams as a front-line manager, associate director, technical director and ultimately, national total loss and salvage recovery director.

Before Nationwide, Mr. Nance served in law enforcement, rising to the rank of colonel in North Carolina’s third-largest sheriff’s office. He attended Liberty University where he studied Religion, with a concentration in counseling.

He is married to Melissa, is a dad to four amazing children (two sons-in-law) and Paa-Paa to three wonderful grandsons, where he spends most of his downtime.
