Bianca Saporitto

Bianca Saporitto is currently an Associate at Property Markets Group, where they have worked in Investor Relations & Compliance since April of 2019. Prior to this, they were with Fuse Group Investment Companies from July of 2018 to January of 2019, where they served as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, Bianca prepared documents for real estate closings, verified the review of such documents, and oversaw the completion of files prior to closing. Bianca also facilitated and managed real estate transactions by acting as liaison between buyers and sellers to ensure positive experiences and satisfaction for both parties.

Bianca has also worked with BBPO Group, LLC, where they were a Transaction Coordinator from July 2018 to January 2019. In this role, they prepared documents for real estate closings, verified the review of such documents, and oversaw the completion of files prior to closing. Bianca also facilitated and managed real estate transactions by acting as liaison between buyers and sellers to ensure positive experiences and satisfaction for both parties. Additionally, Bianca analyzed purchase and sale contracts and closing statements for completeness and enforced contingency and closing timeframe. Bianca also reviewed lien searches and title commitments, and clear title. Furthermore, they mitigated liens and code violations directly with various City Code Enforcement Departments by bringing properties into compliance and negotiating with City Officers and/or Finance Departments. Lastly, they coordinated the demolition of properties.

Bianca Saporitto attended Miami Dade College and received their HS Diploma from Miami Beach Senior High. Bianca is certified from the State of Florida in Notary Public.
