Grant Shea

Grant Shea is a legal professional with extensive experience in real estate and corporate law. Currently serving as Real Estate Counsel at Van Metre Companies since August 2024, Grant previously held roles as an Associate Attorney at Hancock, Daniel & Johnson, P.C., and Kaufman & Canoles. Earlier legal experience includes positions as a Remote Legal Intern at Thompson Miller & Simpson PLC, and as a Summer Associate at Whiteford, Taylor & Preston LLP. Grant's foundational work experience includes various internships in marketing research and development, as well as teaching roles in fitness. Educated at the University of Richmond School of Law, Grant holds a Doctor of Law degree and a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Sociology from William & Mary.
