Lauren Hauck

Lauren Hauck, AICP, currently serves as Vice President of Development at Property Resources Corporation since February 2023, after previously holding the role of Director of Development. Prior experience includes over seven years at The Community Builders, Inc., culminating as Senior Development Project Manager, and significant contributions at the NYC Department of Parks & Recreation as Senior Project Planner. Notable achievements include securing $48 million for open space expansion and managing the Coney Island development projects. Lauren has also worked in various capacities within the affordable housing finance sector at The Community Preservation Corporation and holds a Master's degree in City and Regional Planning from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Quinnipiac University.
