Xhanti Bomela

Xhanti Bomela has a diverse background in software engineering and project leadership. In 2011, they worked as a Media Technician for the National Arts Festival. In 2012, they interned at Korbitec where they fixed bugs on Property24.com and utilized the .NET environment to work on ASP. Following this, Bomela worked at Rhodes University as an Information Systems Tutor and Student Technician from February to November 2012. Xhanti then joined Korbitec as a Software Engineer from January 2013 to February 2015. From 2015 to 2019, Bomela served as a Senior Software Engineer at Property24. Xhanti briefly worked as a Software Engineering Team Lead at Wonga from July to December 2019. Currently, Bomela holds the position of Project Leader/Senior Software Engineer at both Property24 and AutoTraderSA, starting in January 2020.

Xhanti Bomela's education history includes attending Dale College from 2003 to 2007, where they focused on secondary education. Later, they enrolled at Rhodes University from 2008 to 2010, completing a Bcom degree with a focus on Information Systems and Economics. In 2012, they returned to Rhodes University and completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree, majoring in Information Systems.
