Eva Somers

Eva Somers has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Eva currently serves as the Head of Employer Brand & Internal Communications at Property Finder since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Employee Journey Expert at ING Belgium from January 2021 to January 2022. Eva also held the position of Brand Manager at ING from March 2018 to January 2021, where they focused on strategy, planning, and campaign execution to position ING as a digital banking frontrunner and desirable employer. Before that, Eva worked as a Project Manager at ING Belgium from March 2016 to March 2018, overseeing talent acquisition projects and the migration of the ING career website. Eva also gained experience as a Consultant at FINN Public Relations, both as an intern and as a student worker. Additionally, they served as a Member Incoming Exchange at AIESEC and as a Student Worker - Customer Service at SHIPEX. Overall, Eva has a strong background in employer branding, project management, and public relations.

Eva Somers has a Master's degree in Global Management from Antwerp Management School, which they obtained from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (MS) in Strategic Communication at the University of Antwerp from 2013 to 2014. Eva also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Communication and Media Studies from Ghent University, which they earned between 2010 and 2013. Eva'seducation started at Atheneum Willebroek from 2006 to 2010, where they studied Latin and Modern Languages.
