Niya Alex

Niya Alex is an experienced Senior Accountant currently working at Property Finder since June 2021. Prior to this role, Niya held the position of Audit Senior at Deloitte Middle East from January 2018 to May 2021 and at EY from December 2013 to October 2017, where responsibilities included performing statutory audits for Middle East clients and conducting Net Asset Value reviews for mutual funds. Additional experience includes a role as a Research Analyst at EY, focused on compliance with IAS/IFRS and financial database analysis. Niya holds an ACCA membership as well as a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Mahatma Gandhi University, complemented by an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business from ACCA.
