Svetlana Anastasova

Svetlana Anastasova has a range of experience in product design, management, and consulting. Svetlana is currently working at Property Finder as a Product Design Lead, where they have been responsible for integrating the mortgage journey into the product ecosystem, resulting in a significant increase in mortgage leads. Svetlana has also worked as a Senior Product Manager at the same company, where they conducted user research, optimized product funnels, and transformed customer pains into product opportunities.

Prior to their current role, Svetlana worked as a Product Consultant, providing their expertise on product development and strategy as a self-employed professional. Svetlana also served as a Certified Mentor of Product Design at Practicum by Yandex.

Svetlana has experience as a co-founder, Product and Creative Director at O&C Apps, where they successfully launched various IT products and services from scratch. Svetlana conducted market research, developed go-to-market strategies, and provided creative guidance and direction for product development.

In their previous roles, Svetlana worked as a Senior Product Designer at ChatFood, and as a Tribe Lead and Design System Lead at OZON.ru, where they led design teams and implemented improvements based on research. Additionally, they held positions at MTS, Otkritie, and Iron Water Studio, where they gained experience in design management, UX/UI design, and product management.

Early in their career, Svetlana worked as a Graphic Designer and Web-Designer at Gloria Jeans, showcasing their skills in graphic and web design.

Svetlana Anastasova holds a Master's degree in History from Southern Federal University (formerly known as Rostov State University), obtained between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they also earned a Master's degree in Economics from the same university, from 2007 to 2012. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in the fields of mentorship, brand strategy, design leadership and management, HTML coding, UX design, and UX/UI design for mobile.
