Kriya Pillay

Kriya Pillay has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Most recently, they are the Head of Post Merger Integration at PropertyGuru Group since 2022. Prior to that, they founded and served as the Managing Director of The Simplicity Foundry from 2020 to 2022.

From 2015 to 2020, Kriya worked at Marriott International, where they held multiple positions including Senior Director, Asia Pacific Integration Lead - Change Management, and Director. During their time at Marriott International, they developed internal incubator programs, led strategic growth initiatives, and formed strategic partnerships.

Before joining Marriott International, Kriya worked at Accenture as a Senior Manager from 2004 to 2015. Their responsibilities included overseeing large-scale ERP implementations, project management, client relationship building, and business development.

Kriya's earlier experience includes working as a Business Analyst at Venture Automotive from 2003 to 2004, where they were involved in process improvement, workshop facilitation, and Six Sigma projects.

Kriya Pillay holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from both the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2012 and the University of Cape Town in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree in Business Information Systems and Information Systems Technology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in the years 1998-2000. Additionally, they hold a certification in "Innovation for Growth: Strategies for Creating Value" from Wharton Executive Education, obtained in November 2019.
