Pauline Carrera-Silva

Pauline started her career with a renowned Warwickshire independent agency in 1997. Initially working in the sales department as a secretary and then negotiator before transferring to lettings, she worked her way through the ranks to a Director position over a period of almost 25 years.

In 2014, Pauline achieved the NAEA, ARLA and ARLA (Inv) industry qualifications successfully meeting her own target to attain all three within one year. More recently, Pauline has realised a dream to live closer to the Lake District and is now Lettings Manager for the Cumbria and South West Scotland branch of Hunters Estate Agents, based in Carlisle.
