Omolara Okonyia

Omolara Okonyia has a wealth of work experience in human resources and administration. Omolara began their career in 2008 as an Office Administrator for (NYSC) HighWay Christian Center in Ile-Ife, Osun state. In 2011, they moved to Zmodem Solutions Limited as an HR/Admin Assistant where they managed quality and cost control, monitored in-house inventory movement, managed business relationships between Zmodem and their Clients, vendors and suppliers, supervised work activities of their subordinates, updated Admin records, Insurance and handled mails, and conducted orientation programs for new employees. In 2013, they became a Loan Rehabilitation and Recovery Officer (Stanbic IBTC) at Integrated Corporate Services Limited, where they managed Stanbic IBTC Unsecured Personal Loan customers within Nigeria, used FINACLE and CACS Financial applications to get customers loan and current account details, and provided detailed reports on Excel sheet daily. In 2015, they moved to Wemy Industries Ltd. as an Admin/Human Resource Officer. Finally, in 2017, they became the Head of Human Resources Operations at PropertyPro.ng, where they were responsible for developing and managing the human resources of the organization, as well as developing, implementing, and coordinating policies and programs.

Omolara Okonyia holds a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance from Covenant University. Omolara has also obtained three certifications from LinkedIn in June 2020, namely "Develop Your HR Management and Leadership Skills", "Human Resources: Leadership and Strategic Impact" and "Strategic Human Resources".
