Shagun Bains

Shagun Bains is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing and operations, having held senior leadership roles at various organizations. At Prophecy, Shagun served as Sr. Director - People & Operations and previously as Sr. Director - Operations and Director - Marketing. Prior experience includes leading the Marketing and Communications function for WSP India, where Shagun successfully established the marketing department. Additionally, at YES BANK, Shagun oversaw marketing for the National Capital Region, managing campaigns, branding, and corporate communication. Earlier roles include senior management positions in corporate communications at Religare and NIIT Limited. Shagun holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Symbiosis International University and a Certificate of Business Excellence from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
