Bensons Bigirwa

Bensons Bigirwa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research, innovation, and strategy across various international organizations. Currently serving as a Consultant for Digital Learning Research at UNICEF, Bensons focuses on enhancing digital pathways for young learners. As Director of Research, Innovation & Strategy at Prophet, Bensons contributes to strategic initiatives. Previous roles include Project Team Lead at the International Fund for Agricultural Development, where Bensons led efforts in financial inclusion and digital payments, and Labour Market Needs Expert at IOM - UN Migration. Bensons has also held management positions in finance and administration and has a strong foundation in auditing and consultancy. Bensons holds an MBA in Finance from Manipal Academy of Higher Education and multiple relevant degrees from Makerere University and the Institution of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda.
