As Chief of Staff at Prophix, Susan maintains a 10,000 ft. view of the business with an eye to improving processes and plans. With over 30 years of experience in the software industry, Susan works closely with Alok and the executive team on strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects. Susan is an avid Bruce Springsteen fan and has traveled all over North America and Europe to see him perform.
