Yuliia Chupryna is a dedicated Learning Specialist at Prophix since October 2023, with extensive experience in learning and development roles across various companies including SoftServe, where responsibilities included conducting training needs analysis and enhancing organizational learning culture. Prior to that, Yuliia worked as a Learning and Development Specialist and Partner, focusing on effective training measurement and mentorship improvement. Experience also includes managing educational leadership programs at Business Leadership School «DELO» and serving as a Learning and Development People Partner at EPAM Systems. Yuliia's career began as a Recruitment and HR Specialist at Wow-How Studio and as a Project Coordinator at Anheuser-Busch InBev. Yuliia holds a Master's degree in Economics and Business and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics.
