Shahnawaz Abdul Razak has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Shahnawaz began their career at Oracle in 2013 as a Desktop Support. After that, they joined 050telecom in 2013 as an IT Support and later transitioned into the role of Sales Coordinator. In 2015, they joined Etisalat as a Process Specialist, where they managed sales-related activities and supported the field sales team. Shahnawaz then progressed to the role of Operation Supervisor. Currently, Shahnawaz is working at ProPhoenix Corporation as a Technical Support Engineer L3, where they are responsible for troubleshooting, follow-up, scheduled reviews, and ensuring the availability of team members. Shahnawaz also allocates CRM's to team members and coordinates with other teams to reduce support CRM count.

Shahnawaz Abdul Razak has a diploma in Computer Science from Aalim Muhammed Salegh College of Engineering, which they obtained from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, in 2006, they completed a course in Computer Science, known as DCE, from Seetha Kingston Matriculation School. Shahnawaz has also obtained a certification from Microsoft as a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) in June 2007.
