Sara Taylor Boissonneau

Sara Taylor Boissonneau, PhD, CF APMP, currently serves as Proposal Principal and Orals Coach at SAIC since April 2024, and also mentors and trains new proposal professionals with ProposalTeam, a volunteer-led organization dedicated to fostering inclusive career pathways in GovCon proposal support. Previous roles include Technical Writer at IT Concepts, Inc., Proposal Development Consultant at Key Solutions, Inc., and Lecturer at Howard University. Additionally, Sara has extensive experience in academia as an adjunct assistant professor at Fayetteville State University and a lecturer at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. Sara holds a PhD in English from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, a Master of Arts from North Carolina State University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Hanover College.
