Barry (Babu) Jayaram has been in the customer success industry for over 18 years. Barry (Babu) began their career in 2002 as a Team Leader at Electronic Arts. In 2008, they joined The Coding Institute as a Team Manager. In 2009, they became the Enterprise Sales Head at SuperCoder, The Coding Institute LLC. Eli Global. In 2015, they moved to The Coding Institute, ELi as the Associate Director Sales Operations, overseeing sales personnel across multiple sites and a $10m budget. In 2017, they joined TCI - The Coding Institute as the Associate Director - Enterprise Sales. In 2018, they took on the role of Success Strategist at ShopperLocal, and also became the Head of Customer Success at ProProfs. Barry (Babu) is currently the Head of Customer Success at Qualaroo.
