Nikolas Samios

Nikolas Samios serves as Managing Partner at PT1, focusing on seed and pre-seed VC investments in transformational Real Asset-Technologies in Europe. In addition, Nikolas holds the position of Group CEO at ERIC, overseeing a fund platform that intersects real estate, construction, renewable energy, and climate resilience. As a Co-Initiator of HEAT.RE, a non-profit initiative, Nikolas advocates for climate change awareness and adaptation technologies. Further involvement includes co-chairing the PropTech Platform at ZIA Zentraler Immobilien Ausschuss e.V., and serving as a non-executive board member or chairman for several companies, including Thing-it, ecoworks GmbH, and Architrave GmbH.
