Troy Francis

Troy Francis is an experienced professional in engineering and technology, currently serving as an Industrial Engineer at Propulsion Technologies International, LLC since January 2009, where innovative approaches have been developed to enhance capacity and reduce costs. Concurrently, Troy has been the Lead Computer/Infrastructure Engineer at The Tax Doctor LLC since November 2005, contributing to technical design and current state system analysis. Previously, from April 1998 to June 2005, Troy held the position of Lead PC Setup/Technician at System One, aiding in network maintenance and capacity planning.
