Wesley Monaro da SIlva

Wesley Monaro da Silva's work experience begins in 2013 as a Junior Bilingual Service Desk Analyst at CGI. From 2016 to 2017, they worked at Hubify Brasil as a Junior Developer, gaining experience in web application development using Angular, MySQL, and PHP. In 2018, Wesley worked at OMO Passa Fácil by Unilever as a JS FullStack Developer, where they played a key role in developing 10 applications using ReactJS, React Native, NodeJS, and TypeScript. Wesley also managed servers on AWS. In 2020, Wesley joined Lojas Riachuelo as a Senior Software Engineer and later became a Tech Lead, responsible for the development and management of a customer data management system. Wesley utilized technologies such as ReactJS, Python, Java, Apache Kafka, and ElasticSearch. In 2017, Wesley acted as a Partner and Developer at ONNZE, where they were involved in architecture and development using React Native and Ionic. Lastly, they are currently working at Propylon as a Lead Engineer, starting in 2022. Throughout their experience, Wesley has demonstrated strong technical skills and a passion for mentoring and organizing IT events.

Wesley Monaro da Silva completed their high school education at E.E. Historiador Isaac Grinberg from 2004 to 2010. Wesley then pursued a Spanish language course at CCAA from 2012 to 2015. In 2014, Wesley completed a specialization program in Java programming at Sersoft, focusing on preparation for the Oracle Certified Java Associate certification. From 2015 to 2015, they obtained an Android Master Specialization from Sersoft, specializing in the field of Computer Science. In 2018, Wesley attended a bootcamp called Rocketseat, where they completed a full-stack JavaScript development program. Moving forward, from 2011 to 2017, Wesley pursued a degree in Systems Analysis Development at UMC - Mogi das Cruzes University. Most recently, they began a graduate course in Software Architecture at PUC Minas, which they plan to complete by 2023.
