Anie Richter Lombello

Anie Richter Lombello has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Anie Richter started their career as an Analyst of HR at WOW! Nutrition Indústria e Comércio S/A in December 2007 and later became the Coordinator of HR, responsible for managing a team of seven employees and overseeing the HR and safety indicators for a company with over 400 employees. Anie Richter joined PARTNER RH - Executive Search & Specialists in November 2013 as an Associate Consultant, where they stayed until October 2015, gaining experience in executive search and specialist recruitment. In October 2015, they founded RICHTER RH Consultoria, a company focused on providing innovative HR solutions with a strong ethical approach. Most recently, Anie joined Propz - Melhores Decisões. Vendas Inteligentes in December 2016 as an HR Manager.

Anie Richter Lombello attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2004 to 2005, where they obtained a degree in Gestão Empresarial specializing in Administração. Anie Richter further pursued their education at FGV from 2009 to 2011 and acquired a degree in Gestão de Pessoas with a focus on RH. Additionally, Anie Lombello obtained additional certifications, including "Balanced Scorecard - The Uber Case" from IBS - International Business School Americas in June 2020 and "LIFT - Liderança Facilitadora e Transformadora" from LAJE in November 2019.
