Director of Product Development at Propz

Rubens Junior has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rubens is currently the Director of Product Development at Propz, a position they have held since August 2021. In their role, they are responsible for overseeing the development of products and managing a team.

Prior to their current position, Rubens worked at Propz as the Manager of Product Development from July 2018 to July 2020. Before joining Propz, Rubens worked as an Operations Project Coordinator, leading machine learning projects in CRM for prominent retail players in Brazil and Latin America. Rubens represented Propz in project status meetings and participated in committee meetings.

Rubens also has experience as a Full Stack Web Developer at PrimePass and Templum Consultoria Online, where they worked on web development projects. At Templum Consultoria Online, they also held the role of Licensing Specialist for a year.

Additionally, Rubens began their career as a Laboratory Assistant at Universidade Estadual de Campinas, where they worked from August 2009 to December 2011.

Rubens Junior began their education journey in 2008 at the Universidade Estadual de Campinas where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science. This educational pursuit lasted until 2011. In 2010, during their time at Universidade Estadual de Campinas, Rubens Junior also undertook studies in Computer Engineering at the University of Lisbon, which lasted until 2011 as well. After a gap of two years, Rubens Junior enrolled at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2013 and completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business/Managerial Economics in 2015.
