Marleen Feliksik

Marleen Feliksik is a Senior Researcher at ProQR Therapeutics since June 2024, previously serving as an Associate Scientist at Toxys from August 2021 to June 2024, where Marleen focused on teratogenicity testing of customer compounds using hiPS cells. Prior to this, Marleen worked as a Lab Technician at Universiteit Leiden from August 2017 to July 2021, assisting PhD students and managing small projects involving mammalian cell line cultures and various molecular biology techniques. Marleen's experience also includes a Lab Technician role at the Centre for Human Drug Research from July 2016 to July 2017, handling biological sample preparations for analysis, and an internship at Erasmus MC in 2013-2014, where gene sequencing for migration disorders in the brain was conducted. Marleen holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Molecular Biology from Hogeschool Leiden, completed in 2014.
