Raghottama BC has worked in the staffing and recruitment industry since 1999. In 1999, they worked as a Business Executive for EPS Consultants Singapore. Raghottama then moved to IonIdea in 2000 as a Resource Executive, where they were responsible for staffing recruitment for US customers and recruited people from all over the globe on niche technologies. In 2002, they joined Advance SCS as Business Head, where they were responsible for the IT Services consulting wing, HR/Recruitment Policies and Processes, Account Management, Business Development, Client Acquisition, Delivery Management, People Management and Welfare, Budget Planning, Company Branding, Project Staffing, Turnkey Recruits, Job Fairs, Campus Liasioning and Customer Relationship. In 2009, Raghottama became self-employed and focused on Training and Development. In 2010, they joined Metabyte Ventures, LLC as Manager of Talent Acquisition and Operations, where they were responsible for Client and Vendor relations, Negotiate Contract rates, Client Acquisition and Client relations, Employee Engagement, Employee Welfare, Employee Retention, Orientation and Induction, etc. In 2013, they joined eInfochips (An Arrow Company) as Head of Talent Management and HR - eITRA, where they provided overall strategic direction and set up the entire Talent Management, People Management, Client Relations, HR functions, Training and Development and lead a team of 200 resources. In 2016, they co-founded Proquo Technologies Inc and set up end to end operations in USA and India, ensuring complete functionality in 9 months. Theirmajor contributions included Client Acquisition and Client Relations, Talent Acquisition, People Management, Human Resources and Delivery Management. Raghottama also set up MSP and VMS Model, ATS, BGC documentation and Organisational structure, Managed Teams, and IC role during initial days. In 2012, they met with a severe accident and was bedridden for 1 year due to AVN rupture while trekking.

Raghottama BC obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Kuvempu University, Karnataka, India between 1993 and 1998.
