Kathy McClendon

Kathy McClendon is an experienced professional with a background in customer service, operations, and merchandising. Currently serving as a Service Merchandiser at Pro's Choice Beauty Care, Inc. since September 2021, Kathy previously held roles including Customer Experience Advocate at GM Financial from September 2018 to February 2021, and Information & Service Center Coordinator at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine from January 2016 to June 2018, where Kathy supported staff, faculty, students, and the community. Additionally, Kathy worked at US Airways from February 2012 to November 2015 as a Senior Specialist in Cargo Accounting, contributing to management as part of the leadership team and handling auditing for ticket sales. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business from Chandler/Gilbert Community College.
