Andrew Szappanos, MBA

From 2023, Andrew Szappanos has been working as an AVP of Business Development at proSapient. Prior to this, they held various roles at the same company, including Team Lead, Key Account Manager, Associate Team Lead, and Senior Associate. In these positions, Andrew had responsibilities such as managing client relationships, leading teams, and project management.

Before joining proSapient, Andrew worked at the University of Dayton as a Strategy Consultant and a Graduate Assistant in the Management & Marketing Department. Andrew also served as a Strategy Consultant for the United States Air Force and performed an internship as a Product Management Intern at Battle Sight Technologies.

Andrew's early work experience includes being the President and External Outreach Coordinator of the University of Dayton Entrepreneurship Club, a Financial Planning Intern at Transamerica Financial Advisors, Inc., and the Co-Founder and CFO of UD Joggers, where they successfully launched a business venture.

Lastly, Andrew started their entrepreneurial journey at a young age as the Owner of The Everything Merchant, an online business where they sold various items and eventually expanded to selling cars, trucks, and other equipment.

Andrew Szappanos obtained an Associate's Degree from Lakeland Community College from 2013 to 2015. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration at the University of Dayton, specializing in Entrepreneurship with a minor in Finance, which they completed from 2015 to 2018. Andrew then furthered their education at the University of Dayton by acquiring a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Marketing between 2018 and 2019.
