Dr. William Harvey, PhD, MBA, BSN, RN has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry.

In 2018, they served as the Executive Director at AccentCare, Inc. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization.

In 2007, Dr. Harvey obtained an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Conemaugh Valley Memorial Hospital. Dr. William further pursued their nursing education at the University of Phoenix from 2011 to 2013, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

Continuing their academic journey, Dr. Harvey pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from WGU Texas, completing their studies in 2018.

Dedicated to expanding their knowledge in the field, Dr. Harvey pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Social Sciences at Walden University from 2017 to 2021. Additionally, in October 2020, they obtained certification as a Doctoral Student Researcher from the CITI Program, a Division of BRANY.
