James Oonk

James Oonk has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. James started their career in the United States Marine Corps as a soldier from 1987 to 1991. After that, they joined CapTrust Financial Advisors as a Consulting Director from 1993 to 2003. Following this, they served as the President and CEO of Regency International Flooring LLC from 2003 to 2006. In 2006, they became a Consultant specializing in Business Development & Startup Strategy, working with various companies until 2010. From 2007 to 2019, James worked as the North American Sales Director for OJMAR - Intelligent Locking Systems. In 2019, they became an Independent Consultant for proSapient. Most recently, they served as a Business Development Manager at Anchor Rock Services, Inc. from February 2020 to September 2020.

James Oonk attended Hope College from 1991 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology. In 2003, they attended The Wharton School, where they obtained a certification in Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA). In addition, James Oonk obtained the CIMA certification from the Investments & Wealth Institute in July 2002. The exact start and end years for their second stint at Hope College, as well as the degree and field of study, are unknown.
