Ken Endo MHA, BS RTT

Ken Endo has an extensive work experience spanning over several years. Ken currently holds the position of Healthcare Consultant at proSapient since August 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Cancer Program Clinical Director at PIH Health from September 2020. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing various aspects of the program, including the Cancer Data Registry, Clinical Trials, and the Oncology Nurse Navigators. Ken also played a crucial role in ensuring compliance and maintaining standards for the Commission on Cancer (CoC) accreditation. Ken also strategized with the leadership team to develop and streamline the cancer service line for vulnerable patients.

Before joining PIH Health, Ken served as the Manager of Specialty Clinic at Providence St. Joseph Health, St. Jude Medical Center from November 2016 to July 2020. In this role, they successfully grew the Specialty Clinic for the Oncology Service line from the ground up, adding multiple programs and providers. Ken also served as the Safety Officer at the same institution from July 2010 to July 2020, where they were responsible for the safety of patients and staff during emergencies. Ken established an off-site Hospital Incident Command System (HICS) and ensured business continuity.

Ken's earliest role at Providence St. Joseph Health, St. Jude Medical Center was as the Manager of Radiation Oncology, a position they held from April 2006 to July 2020. In this role, they managed the daily operations of the department and was involved in strategic planning for long-term goals. Ken also played a key role in the installation and relocation of linear accelerators and demonstrated expertise in ARIA EMR.
