Steven Butler

Steven Butler has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles, primarily in the field of technology and production management. Steven is currently working as VP of Technology at Prose on Pixels, where they oversee the technology department. Prior to that, they served as the Global Head of Production Technology at Prose on Pixels.

Previously, Steven worked at AO as the Head of Creative Technology for a year, and at Hogarth Worldwide for several years in various positions, including Global Head of Production Workflow & Engineering, Production Technology Director (EMEA), and Systems Workflow Manager.

Before that, they worked at Tapestry MM Ltd as the Head of Digital Media and Technical Development Manager. Steven also held the position of Technical Development Manager at Brand Images. Steven started their career at Mullis Morgan as an Artwork Manager, where they built automations using AppleScript. Their first job after leaving school was as an Artworker at West City Two, where they transitioned to working digitally with the introduction of Macintosh computers.

Throughout their career, Steven has been involved in various projects related to production workflow, technology infrastructure, storage systems, global transfer and synchronization platforms, as well as studio builds and global rollouts. Steven has demonstrated skills in team management, budgeting, procurement, architecture, and technology implementation.

Steven Butler attended Dartford West Secondary School from 1983 to 1988. Steven did not obtain any degree or specialize in any specific field of study during their time there. Additionally, they have obtained the certification of FileMaker Pro 9 Certified Developer, although the institution and exact date of completion are unknown.
