Kristen Freeman

Kristen Freeman has a diverse work experience in the field of law and investments. Kristen started their career as a Summer Associate at the US Securities and Exchange Commission in 2004. After that, they worked as an Associate at Dechert LLP from 2005 to 2009. In 2011, Kristen joined Voya Investment Management as Vice President, Counsel and held this position until 2018. Kristen then joined ProShares, initially as Director, Counsel and later promoted to Senior Director, Counsel in September 2021.

Kristen Freeman attended Hawaii Pacific University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Kristen then went on to attend Duke University from 2002 to 2005, earning both a Master's degree in Economics and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the Duke University School of Law.
